The 24/7 Remote Support Utility offers clients and technicians the
unique opportunity to work on a computer problem collaboratively.
It is a lightweight (265KB) download that gives 24/7 support personnel
access to a client's computer while still allowing the client to see and
control the PC during the process. It requires no user
installation, no firewall holes, and it even closes itself at the end of
the support session, eliminating the vulnerabilities associated with
many other remote tools.
To use the remote support tool, simply run the executable file linked on
the right. A window appears, notifying you that the tool gives our
technicians access to your computer. Click OK to allow this.

Next, a dialog offers options for a support computer. The 24/7
support technician will inform you of which support computer to choose.
Select this computer and click OK.

A spiral icon next to the clock in the taskbar indicates that the support
tool is running; this icon turns yellow when the support technician is
connected. You may right click this icon and select "End SupportAnyPC
Session" to terminate the connection. Once the connection has been
terminated, a dialog box appears confirming this.
